White Lotus Season 3 Predictions: Religion, Relaxation, Incest, Fraud, and Frivolous Affairs

We're all thinking it so i'll just say it... are we about to see siblings getting sexual on White Lotus Season 3? Here are my predictions, thoughts and opinions after the season premiere.

I watched the first episode of White Lotus Season 3 and here are my predictions for the chaos that is to unfold this season. This is an accumulative list of theories that are subject to change as the season progresses, I just love this show and think it’s so fun to try and guess the twists and turns. So grab a drink and get comfortable, it’s not that serious— just a bit of fun! Season 3 of White Lotus takes us on a journey to the beautiful, Thailand. Following a privileged Southern family, a questionable couple, and a threesome of fair-weather friends; in tandem with the real core of the show which we all know to be the employees of The White Lotus. Returning to our screens is the beautiful Belinda from season 1 with her son Zion who we meet for the first time in the opening sequence to the show. I am beyond excited to see what this season has to offer from complex familial ties to the exploration of spirituality, religion, and the country of Thailand itself! Here are my predictions for the cast of this season on White Lotus, streaming now on Max… Cin Cin let’s begin!

The Ratfliff Family

This whole family represents greed and American egocentrism. They come from a life of high-class comfort in North Carolina and I bet my bottom dollar there is something far more sinister going on here than tax fraud and hyper-sexual sons.

Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Piper (Catherine Hook) have something incestuous going on and their both trying to hide it by using Lochy (Sam Nivola) as a pawn. I’ve seen Dogtooth and Flowers in the Attic okay… this is gonna get quite familial. Saxon likes to use his hyper-masculinity to threaten his brother and I feel like this may get really freaky, really fast.

Victoria is my mother on vacation… asleep and uninterested (just kidding mom).

Timothy obviously has so fraudulent scheme, I think it’s far too obvious that he fires those gun shots.

Rick and Chelsea

Rick and Chelsea are a couple with an obvious age gap, but that doesn’t really seem to be their biggest scandal.

I don’t think Rick (Walton Goggins) is running from the law necessarily, but I do think he’s defiantly running from something or someone. Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) my lovely, you are too kind for this world but I worry you’re in imminent danger with this man.

I think Rick is going to take a liking to Timothy for whatever leverage he’s seeking on this trip.

I feel like Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) and Chelsea could start something sapphic, but they also could just become good friends because they both have elder partners. However I also have a feeling that Chloe and Greg (Jon Gries) from season 2 could take advantage of her kindness.

The Band of Besties

These women hate each other and think that because they have been friends for years they have to remain in touch— it’s okay you don’t have to I promise. Jaclyn Lemon (Michelle Monaghan), Kate (Leslie Bibb), Laurie (Carrie Coon) are a group of frenemies and Jaclyn is the one with a target on her back, especially with her “fame.”

The dynamic between these women remind me of those influencers who already came from money and try to tell other’s how hard it is to be in the public eye. There is deep jealousy in this group and it will be exposed on their trip to Thailand.

Belinda and Her Handsome Son

The kind of strength you have to have to work in hospitality is unmatched and once again I fear Belinda Lindsey (Natasha Rothwell) is gonna be taken advantage of. I worry for her with Greg at the resort, but more importantly I worry that she does something irrational under the guise of helping others.

Zion is the first character we are introduced to and that is no accident. In Season 1 the first character we meet is Shane (Jake Lacy) at the airport after the trip is over. In Season 2 we’re introduced to Daphne (Meghan Fahy) on the beach hours before departure when she finds Tanya (Jennifer Coolige) dead.

The Core of The White Lotus

Mook (Lalisa Manobal) and Gaitok (Tayme Thapthimthong) are absolutely going to be the heart of this season. I think Gaitok is comfortable living his life but Mook wants more and will push him to do so, but it could result in more than a pay raise… something deadly.

Sritala (Lek Patravadi) is the owner of the resort, her well-known husband happens to be away recovering from a stroke. Or is he? I absolutely loved our introduction to Sritala and can’t wait to see her character become more involved in the complexities of these guests’ dynamic. I feel like she might work to expose the truth in each of these groups.

Fabian (Christian Friedel) unfortunately seems like the kinda fella who with be in the crossfire because he’s too anxious about losing his job or upsetting Sritala, he reminded me of Lukas Gage’s character in season 1.

Pornchai (Dom Hetrakul) is Belinda’s mentor/teacher at the resort, prepping her to go back and use what she learned in Hawaii. However, I think there might be more than just teaching happening there. I’m not saying this will become romantic but there’s gotta be something more here… I just haven’t figured that out yet.

Valentin (Arnas Fedaravičius) is the hot Russian health mentor, we didn’t see much of him so I don’t have many thoughts but again I am excited nonetheless.

Finally Pam (Morgana O’Reilly) who played the Ratliff’s heath mentor was the funniest bit of the show in my opinion. I haven’t seen much about her in articles talking about this season but she was absolutely hilarious and I hope there’s more of her and her comic relief in the show

Those are my predictions for this new season of White Lotus and I can wait to be proven right or wrong. I absolutely love anthologies and shows that bring people together, and if HBO can do one things it is exactly that.
